Can't express enough how much this protein powder impressed me. Ever since college, I've chased after the most cost-effective protein, seeking flavor, high protein content, and value. Suffice to say I won't be looking any further, unless my goals change to run a calorie deficit. This is the perfect protein/gainer (get Cookies 'n Cream).




Natrol Omega-3 Fish Oil
I can't really feel a difference, but I'm sure twenty years in the future me will appreciate what I'm doing for my cardiovascular system. I don't usually make decisions this way, but enough credible sources have promoted fish oil for so long that it's worth going along with the conventional wisdom. I take one pill daily, and will increase two the recommended two-a-day starting July '12

Centrum Multivitamin
Probably not as important a supplement as fish oil or protein, and even some concern with the level of metals that come in these capsules



MEALS:

Svunt Shake
This is the recipe I use when bulking, to turn a 600 cal protein shake into a 1500+ cal weight gainer. A rough estimate of nutritional info can be found here.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Steel Cut Oats
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
2 cups Whole Milk
1 cup Frozen Berries
1 banana medium
1 tablespoon honey
2 scoops Muscle Juice 2544
