Week 2: Chest Day 3

Another quick update to the blog for records only.

WEIGHT x REPS x SETS

Barbell flat bench:

  • 135 x 10 x 2
  • 300 x 4 x 8
I will say this, I am very happy to report that unlike last week, with the proper diet, acclamation to the early workout, and extra few minutes of rest between sets, I hit every rep neeeded.
